If you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university, with less than three years of full-time relevant industry work experience, you will typically be considered for an Analyst position.
If you are a graduate from a leading university with over three years of full-time relevant industry experience, or you hold an MBA degree with over three years’ work experience, you will typically be considered for an Associate position.
Each year, MFIM hosts a select few well-qualified interns for our summer internship program, at both the Analyst and Associate levels. Interns have the opportunity to participate in numerous aspects of our projects, and due to the relatively small team sizes, are able to assume significant responsibilities.
